The Maren hiring model aims to provide greater flexibility in working hours, enabling a more efficient and cost-effective allocation of labor resources while meeting operational demands. Under the Maren hiring model, associates work for a minimum of 4 hours. Candidates are able to accept shifts as they wish, there is no minimum working requirement and they can work around an existing role or other commitments.
